You will automatically receive a welcome email when your account has been approved and created. This welcome mail contains your username, password and instructions on how to access your web space and control panel.
If you have lost the Welcome Email, you can simply login to the client area and go to 'Services' -> 'My Services' -> 'View Details' -> 'Change Password' or you can send us an email to request a copy of the Welcome Email.
