How do I log in to my B & J Online Solutions account?

Our Client Area is your central dashboard for managing all aspects of your hosting account. From updating your account details and security preferences to handling billing and support requests, everything is designed to keep you in control. Whether you need to view or pay invoices, log into cPanel, or manage your domains and services, the Client Area makes it simple and accessible.

Logging in to our Client Area

  1. Navigate to the login page: https://bjsolutions.co.za/login

You can also click the "Client Area" link on the top right of our main website https://clients.bjsolutions.co.za/

  1. Enter Your Credentials

  • You will be prompted to enter your email address and password on the login page. These are the credentials you set up when you first registered for an account with B & J Online Solutions

  1. Click Login

The B & J Online Solutions Client Area is separate from cPanel. The Client Area handles billing, support, and account settings, while cPanel is dedicated to managing your hosting features, such as websites, email accounts, and application installations.

Issues with your password, email address, security question, or 2FA?

  • Password Reset: If you've forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
  • Email Address: If you don’t recall the email associated with your account, check any invoices or communications from B & J Online Solutions, which will usually be sent to the primary email on file. If you still can’t access your account, please contact support to begin a secure verification process.
  • Security Question: If you’ve forgotten the answer to your security question and cannot reset your password, please contact us by emailing admin@bjsolutions.co.za. For security purposes, we will verify your identity by requiring a copy of your ID. Once verified, we’ll disable the security question and send you a password reset link.
  • Two-Factor Authentication: If you’re unable to generate a 2FA code (perhaps due to a phone change or lack of access to the 2FA app) and don’t have your backup code, please contact support for assistance.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our support team by emailing us at admin@bjsolutions.co.za.
